Season 26/27 Registration (San Anton After School Programme)

This is the official registration form to enrol with the Juventus Academy in Malta for the Season 2026-2027 for the After School Programme at San Anton.
🗓️ Training follows the San Anton school calendar. Sessions take place immediately after school. 🛒 2 Programme Options available: 33 weeks or 44 weeks.
🥅 Training is held at the football pitch of San Anton School, Mgarr.
⚽️ This registration form must be filled in for each individual participant separately, for each type of registration desired. ⏱️ Those born between 2011-2015 > Sessions on Mondays 3:15PM-4:30PM ⏱️ Those born between 2019-2022 > Sessions on Wednesdays 3:15PM-4:30PM ⏱️ Those born between 2016-2018 > Sessions on Fridays 3:15PM-4:30PM
