This is the official registration form to enrol with the Juventus Academy in Malta for the Season 2026-2027.
🗓️ The season runs between 8th September 2026 and 31st July 2027 (44 weeks).
🥅 Training is held at the football pitch of San Anton School, Mgarr.
⚽️ This registration form must be filled in for each individual participant separately, for each type of registration desired.
